My passion for a healthy lifestyle stems from personal experiences. Approximately three years ago, my son faced a severe illness and was diagnosed with kidney failure at the young age of 19. Fortunately, he received a kidney transplant from his best friend of the same age. This challenging experience underscored the crucial role of a healthy diet in managing chronic diseases and preventing complications. Since then, I've proactively prioritized my family's and my own health by cultivating a home environment that promotes healthy eating, making mindful food choices, and avoiding preserved, manufactured, and artificial ingredients.

Driven by my passion for clean eating and influenced by my life experiences, I carved out my niche in health and wellness coaching. I find joy in creating new recipes and transforming old, unhealthy dishes into wholesome alternatives by substituting nutritious ingredients. I've successfully guided numerous friends in altering their relationship with food, emphasizing the importance of nourishing themselves with good food, incorporating more vegetables and fruits into their daily diets, mastering portion control, and adapting favorite recipes into healthier versions.

Equipped with the ability to facilitate fundamental lifestyle changes, I help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Along my journey of crafting healthy recipes, revamping dishes, and meal planning, I discovered the art of Charcuterie. This became a fantastic avenue to promote healthy eating, with my boards featuring high-quality, well-portioned items—organic, whole foods that are both aesthetically pleasing and abundant. Just as I nourish my family, I aim to convey to my customers that one can enjoy ample, high-quality food without compromising on health.

I hold certifications as a Health and Wellness Coach and a lifestyle consultant, advocating for a lifelong commitment to a healthy lifestyle that caters to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
